Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early arrivals may be arranged, but are subject to room availability.
Check-out time is 11:00. Late check-outs should be arranged within 24 hours of departure due to changing availability. There may be an additional charge for late check-outs.
Minimum check-in age for guests is 18+.
Guests will be charged a deposit equal to the room rate (one night's stay) plus tax when a reservation is made. If, for any reason, the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days in advance of the date of arrival, the full deposit amount will be refunded to the card from which payment was taken.
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days in advance of the date of arrival are not eligible to be refunded.
Ecola Creek Lodge only permits guests to bring dogs, and they may only be brought if the guest is staying in a designated pet-friendly room. All dogs accompanying guests must be registered at the front desk.
If any evidence of any pet, including dogs, is found in a non-pet friendly room, it will incur a fee of one night’s stay plus tax. Additional fees may occur if a guest brings or allows a pet other than a dog during a registered stay or brings an unregistered dog.
To register a pet, guests will be asked at the front desk to sign a Pet Agreement upon arrival. Here is an example of the items on the pet agreement:
• I agree that my dog(s) will not be left unattended in my room at any time and will remove them from the room during ‘housekeeping service’. If my dog cannot be removed during this time, I will arrange with the housekeepers to return at a more suitable time when we will be away from the room.
• While my dog(s) are in any public space outside the Lodge I agree to keep them on a leash and supervised, or in a carrying container at all times as required by the Cannon Beach pet ordinance.
• I also agree to walk & exercise my dog in appropriate areas [i.e. the beach], avoiding private property and to clean up any messes my pet may leave behind as also required by ordinance.
• Should my dog(s) become objectionable or disturb other guests [i.e. barking]; I agree that I will remove my dog(s) promptly from the Lodge upon request, if an acceptable compromise cannot be met. I also agree to cover the expense of reimbursement to any guest who was disturbed by my dog(s).
• I agree to pay the $20.00+tax nightly charge per dog to Ecola Creek Lodge at the time of check-in.
• I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Ecola Creek Lodge, its owners, agents and employees from any and all liability related to any personal injury or property damage caused by my dog(s).
• I accept full responsibility for any and all liability claims, losses, costs and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees for personal property damage caused by my dog(s), and I agree to make reimbursement for such damages on demand.
Ecola Creek Lodge reserves the right to maintain a registered guest’s credit card information on file and to make charges to that card to compensate the Lodge for the costs of repair or replacement for damage or loss sustained by the Lodge through the direct or indirect actions of a registered guest or any member of the guest’s party.
This policy shall include without limitation all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fees, extra cleaning fees, theft, tampering with safety equipment, or fees for unregistered pets.
All rooms, without exception, are non-smoking. Smoking in any room will incur an additional fee of no less than one night's stay plus tax.
Guests are permitted to smoke on ECL property but must remain minimum 20 feet away from all doors and windows.
